There are various tabs under Main which list the contact details, groups, branch debtors and EDI details for the debtor. Also on this tab is a section for Categories. Category 1 through to 5 descriptions are editable in the System Configuration form Debtors tab. The section can be hidden or exposed by clicking the collapse / expand icon. Categories are currently used for custom reporting.
